Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
2. Return Request Period
Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by us.
4. Return Process
- Email us at javecasualwear@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us via a trackable delivery method. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5.Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once your return has been processed.
